4. Information Collected Automatically
ContentFit’s hosting and security providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- requested pages;
- request time;
- referring page;
- approximate geographic region;
- and basic security or error information.
Analytics, cookies, and session recordings
ContentFit uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, traffic sources, page use, and interactions with the ContentFit funnel. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information such as IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and interaction timing.
Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps that help ContentFit identify usability problems and improve the website. ContentFit uses Clarity's Balanced masking setting and does not intentionally unmask form fields or add personal identifiers to Clarity. The Opportunity Snapshot form is embedded from Tally; ContentFit does not add custom recording logic around submitted form values.
Google and Microsoft process analytics information under their own terms and privacy practices. Retention and processing periods may be controlled by provider settings and applicable provider policies. ContentFit uses this information to measure the funnel, improve page usability, diagnose problems, and evaluate which acquisition sources are useful. ContentFit does not use these tools to sell personal information or create advertising profiles.

6. AI-Assisted Analysis
ContentFit may use artificial intelligence and automated methods to:
- summarize public information;
- identify possible patterns;
- assist with analysis;
- compare content opportunities;
- and help explain recommendations.
AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular creator.
ContentFit separates AI-assisted interpretation from public source information and deterministic calculations where practical.
Every early-access Opportunity Snapshot is manually reviewed before delivery.
ContentFit provides directional decision support and does not guarantee:
- views;
- subscribers;
- rankings;
- revenue;
- sponsorships;
- virality;
- or business results.
7. Service Providers

- provide status information;
- deliver an Opportunity Snapshot or tool result;
- respond to support or privacy requests;
- and provide narrowly related communication about the current ContentFit Next validation program.
ContentFit does not treat use of a free tool by itself as consent to recurring promotional email.
ContentFit is not currently operating a recurring marketing-email campaign.
If ContentFit later begins sending newsletters or recurring promotional email, it will implement appropriate consent, unsubscribe, suppression, contact-address, and disclosure controls before doing so.
10. Retention
ContentFit generally uses the following working retention periods for the limited MVP:
- incomplete form submissions: up to 30 days;
- contact details and submitted questionnaire information: up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction;
- identifiable Snapshot request information only while needed to review the request, communicate with the creator, deliver the Snapshot, and maintain necessary operational records;
- creator feedback: up to 24 months;
- temporary working files and local exports: deleted within 30 days after use;
- basic operational and error logs: generally up to 90 days.
ContentFit may retain:
- a minimal record needed to honor a deletion or email opt-out;
- information reasonably necessary for legal, security, or dispute purposes;
- properly de-identified product-learning records;
- and aggregated findings that are not reasonably linked to an identifiable creator.
Public YouTube information may be refreshed, deleted, or retained for a shorter period where required by the applicable data source or collection method.
11. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
ContentFit may create de-identified or aggregated information from completed work to improve its recommendation methods.
De-identification may include removing or generalizing:
- names;
- email addresses;
- channel identifiers;
- channel URLs;
- exact video URLs;
- searchable titles;
- direct quotations;
- precise metrics;
- narrow niche details;
- unusual creator goals;
- and other information that could reasonably identify a creator.
Replacing a creator’s name with a case number alone is not treated as complete de-identification.
ContentFit does not permit de-identified product-learning records to be used to recreate an identifiable creator profile.
12. Security
ContentFit uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited MVP and the information maintained.
These may include:
- restricted administrative access;
- multifactor authentication;
- encrypted network connections;
- reputable cloud-service providers;
- controlled working files;
- and documented deletion practices.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
ContentFit cannot guarantee absolute security.
